UUvex Safety manufacturers a SCT Reflect–50 lens tint for workers who work in both indoor and outdoor work applications to reduce glare which can cause eyestrain and fatigue. This tint is clear in color with a flash mirror coating and has a Visible Light Transmittance of about 50%. This means 50% of the available light will pass through the lens. The SCT Reflect–50 lens will absorb 99.9% of UVA and UVB radiation up to 385nm.

tints incorporate unique dyes in the polycarbonate lens material that absorb select

to help you determine which lens tint best addresses the challenges in your workplace.
