Kershaw 7 Step Fillet Knife 1240 Description:
The Kershaw 7 Step Fillet Knife model 1240 has a blade with notches in it. These notches allow you to adjust the length of the blade from 5.5 to 9 inches, wich increments in-between. This comes in handle with performing fillet tasks because the length of the knife blade when preparing fish is very important. The handle is comfortable and designed to reduce fatigue. A plastic sheath is included with the 7 Step Fillet Knife.
