Electric Marking Pencil THE ETCHIT PENCIL

The Etching Pencil  will operate from either 6 or 12 volts.  Hook to the Battery , Adjust copper tip of pencil so that It is exposed 1/4″ to 3/8″ beyond the end of the pencil housing.

This Adjustment is made by loosening the thumb screw at the top of the pencil and advancing the shaft into the body of the pencil. When the desired copper tip exposure is reached,

retighten the thumb screw.

Hold the pencil vertically and use a light touch so that tip vibrates freely.The tip should be positioned with slight spring pressure felt when it is depressed.

Printing with short strokes rather than continuous writing will reduce tendency to heat. If the pencil becomes too warm, allow to cool before continuing.
